Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 small apples, cored, small dice

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 scoop protein powder 

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • pinch of ground cardamom

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • whipped cream

Method

  1. Throw all ingredients (except whipped cream) into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Taste and add some more maple syrup if needed.

  3. Pour into your Glass Infuser Flask top with whipped cream and sprinkle with some cinnamon.
