
2 tbsp pumpkin puree, warmed
2 tsp sugar or sweetener of choice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
60ml espresso shot*
300ml milk of your choice
Add the pumpkin puree to TWO 12oz Camino cups.
Add the sugar, ground cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg to the puree and stir well to combine.
Stir sugar, ground cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg into the puree.
Heat and froth the milk.
Pour milk into both Fressko Cups and stir to combine, and carry them with you on your Trick or Treat adventures.
*Notes:
1. If you don’t have access to an espresso machine, use strongly brewed filter coffee.
2. If you are using an espresso machine, simply add milk and mixed spices to a milk jug and steam to combine, and sweeten as desired.
3. If making your own puree, you can use roasted pumpkin from your jack o lantern; however, butternut pumpkin is ideal for texture and sweetness.
