Warranty and Returns

Returns or refunds apply to the following situations:

Faulty Goods: 
If you have received a product with manufacturing fault, we’re more than happy to offer a replacement of the same product or a full refund, including shipping—provided you contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you experience any issues with your used product, please reach out to us directly via email at hello@madebyfressko.com and our dedicated support team will be able to assist you.

Please note: Minor blemishes or slight variations in the paint finish are not considered manufacturing faults.

Change of Mind & Returns:
If you’ve ordered the wrong colour or size, we may offer store credit for the purchase amount (excluding shipping), at Fressko’s discretion.

For approved returns, items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Time Frame:
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Returns must be arranged within 7 days of receiving your order.
