Raspberry Sorbet
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Cups frozen raspberries
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 Cup yoghurt
METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
Place in a container and freeze for at least one hour.
When ready to serve leave out for 20 mins to soften slightly and scoop into your Fressko flask.
Enjoy on the go!
