Winter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 kiwifruit

  • 1 orange, peeled + chopped

  • 3 cm fresh ginger piece, chopped

  • 3 cm fresh turmeric piece, chopped

  • Pinch of pepper

  • 1 cup of chilled almond mylk

Serves 1

Method

  1. Place the banana, kiwifruit, orange, ginger, turmeric and pepper in a blender along with 1/4 cup of the almond cup. 

  2. Blend until smooth. 

  3. Pour into a LIFT Fressko flask

  4. Enjoy!
